You hear alot about the Higher Self in the Spiritual Community. Things like tap into your Higher Self, access your Higher Self, align with your Higher Self. To someone newly spiritually awakened that may sound like its someone or something outside of you. Someone to aspire to be or somewhere you will access once you get to a certain point.
I want to clear this up for you early so that you don’t walk in confusion as I did. Your Higher Self is your Higher Consciousness which is within you. You are your Higher Self. Your Higher Self is in you. Your Higher Self is you. Your Higher Self guides you daily. You just have to tune into it. That’s the real challenge.
When you meditate, when you contemplate, when you question within you are accessing your Higher Self. Your Higher Self is your inner knowing that guides you. Your Higher Self is always with you. Its the Spiritual energy of you on this earthly side walking with you as you live out your purpose.
Your higher self has experienced many lifetimes. Your higher self, along with your Angels, Ancestors, Guides, and Messengers are all within you. They are all energies that are within the one consciousness, not outside of you. The path to accessing any energy being is from the inside.
When you hear the term Higher Self you may also hear it expressed as God, Consciousness, Source, The All, The One Mind, The Subconscious. All of these terms are used to describe and make up you and who you are. The energies may come through in different ways when you are accessing them but they are all from the same source from within.
It may be challenging at first to grasp this in the beginning because you are literally living in a whole new world. But, as you continue in your spiritual awakening you will become comfortable with your own expression of your Higher Self. You will learn how to listen more intentionally and trust your inner guidance.
